Valid VAT-number or VAT 21% *

Dutch VAT at 21% will be added to the above rates unless you supply a valid VAT number when registering (at personal details). Participants who pay VAT, will recieve a VAT receipt. Participants from The Netherlands can reclaim VAT by their own hospitals.
